Pros

- Working from home - Is an awesome position if you learn at a 'normal' pace

Cons

- Was told severely discriminatory things about the disability I'm dealing with - The company decided to keep the person who said these things and forced me to work with them when other companies would've put me with someone else and seeked answers for what happened - Isn't the place for anyone dealing with any a learning disability, autism, or any sort of mental illness as you will be told things that are not only hurtful but also but will be put through very stressful situations - You're expected to be someone that learns at a 'normal pace' and if you aren't you'll have people getting frustrated with you, not spending as much time as they could with you, bashing you for things you have, etc

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
