Pros
The only PRO that I can say is they have a nice environment.
Cons
Recruitment process is but a joke. I still believe that "First impressions last". I applied for a Non-voice/Chat account and was later informed that I did not pass, goes without even informing me of which areas I need to improve on. They even expected me to apply again after 3 months. During that time, I doubt if I will since I did not receive any "take away" so I could do better next time... Sadly, the company sucks! Do not waste your time in applying. I have worked with several BPO companies already in the past which includes: Convergys, Accenture, Wipro, EXL and all but with all wisdom that is good I still failed. This is just my honest opinion.
