Pros
Conduent recognizes that it needs to hire, so they will pay market-competitive rates for new employees. However, don't expect to see any increase in pay beyond a few percentage points. There is lots of work to be done (*cough* teams are understaffed), so if you have initiative you can get some interesting projects on your resume. Just don't expect to be compensated for taking on responsibility.

C-levels filtering out no 401k match (all US employees took >=3% pay cut this year) no wellness incentive office supply budget removed (coffee, utensils, etc)
