      Pros

      There are tons of new skills to be learned that will help brighten your resume. The training experience is super friendly and not rushed. Supervisors are helpful and continuesly show that they care. Good work/life balance, but there is usually overtime if you want it. Fun birthday/pizza parties.

      Cons

      If you have previous back office experience, the pay can be quite low in comparison to your past employer(s). Working from home is not yet an option.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
