      Able to work remotely 100%.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and high turnover of staff. You have to use all of your PTO in the same year you earned it, but you have so much work to do and sometimes may not be able to take it.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
