      Pros

      Allows remote work; has a strong IT PM capability that is centralized; there are excellent tools available to support PM work and processes and training is outstanding.

      Cons

      Business is growing very slowly and has just come out of multiple years of restructure. The technology deployed is very outdated and while the company is working hard to update, there is still a long way to go and it has frustrated some clients which risks employment if you support clients who chose to leave.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
