Company policies are changed without notification, no shift bids or raises in years. The promise of bonus performance points for site shopping never materializes. They change schedules without regard to personal matters. “Corrective action” is doled out retroactively, even after offending “behaviors” have been “corrected”. Senior management is purely punitive. Their approach to solving problems is threats and punishment across the board, rather than directed to problem areas.
