They pay well and that is it.

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. They treat their employees horribly. The owner is an idiot and doesnt have any respect for the people that work for him. The building has not been updated since the 70s. Areas havent been cleaned in 30 plus years. The HR is nonexistant.
