Pros
Some very talented senior people but it seems that since the globalisation of the company they’ve all left. Probably the only pro there was 25 days holiday plus it shut at Christmas so you got an extra week on top which was nice.
Cons
Toxic culture, constant pay freeze, zero progression, men who did the exact same role as women who were less talented or had less experience and were paid more. They would “promote” you and give you more responsibility and workload but not give you a pay rise in line with the step up. Salaries were terrible and meant you had to come from a well off family to support you as the salary wasn’t enough to cover the expensive living costs/rent in London which meant that the workforce lacked diversity. Revolving door of staff because they were sick and tired of working hard and not being duly rewarded. Bureaucratic and a tonne of red tape, lack of innovation and complete lack of desire to change with the times. Spent most likely millions on consultancy fees to improve the business which could have been invested in employees.
