Pros
Coworkers are all good people, the work itself is braindead easy most of the time, some team leads and TS supervisors care about your growth but for a company like this not like it means much
Cons
Constant seemingly random process and policy changes, adding extra work for people without extra compensation, management only hears, doesnt listen to the concerns and frustrations of employees. Vastly underpaid for the position compared to similar positions elsewhere with no hope for a raise in sight, and when voicing concerns about this the only response is "the higher ups are looking into it". Being late by 1 minute (technically 6 but 1 minute past the very small buffer they give you) adds a point to a point system that requires either 4 hours of overtime to make up 1 minute, or go a pay period (2 weeks, used to be a whole month) for 1 point. They care more about the business than the people that made the business what it is (its America what did any of us expect), moving offices, getting new stuff for said new office, rapid expansion the call center can't keep up with and only now after several months of being backed up are they finally hiring large groups of people after tons of others quit or got fired for ridiculous reasons. All obviously points to the fact that anyone that makes decisions doesnt care about the people that got them there, despite how much they say they care. They also throw around the line "things have to get worse before they get better" when people complain about changes instead of just listening and fixing what people have issues with BEFORE things go wrong, sounds more logical to me. TLDR THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR WHAT YOU OR YOUR PEERS THINK
