Pros
Very good work life balance. Can also work from home, and they offer flexi hours, which is very useful if you want to work at a different time. No micro managing as well, managers trust you to do your work. There are also opportunities for you to express your opinions about the workplace, as they have surveys and a manager to take your feedback. Got extra activities after work like badminton which is fun. The people here can be fun and are great friends if you manage to find the right people.
Cons
Career progression is not really there, can get stuck after a while. Salary is just alright, not impressive, but it is not too low either, just average. Since increment is only average and promotion is not much, there should be bonus, but there isn't. Team building is not included in the work hours, so you will have to replace back the hours and work later after the team building, which is sad when you have to work after the team building at night.
