Pros

- Office in Orchard Area

Cons

- They are huge about no toxic workplace culture but are very toxic positivity on the management level. Gossiping is disallowed and employees will be dismissed, which creates this suffocating environment. - Words from management does not translate into actions (E.g They claim they do not play politics, but they do play politics) - Salary is too low, beware of lowballing - Regardless of your skill set, the boss will not trust / promote you unless you are on their good side (and not only on his good side, this includes employees on his good side) - Company is not utilising the talent they are hiring, in fact when new hires come in they treat people like kids. - Boss likes to spend 1-3 hours having meetings with you, very repetitive and time consuming

Pros

- Small team allows for direct interaction with colleagues.

Cons

- Major red flags in the hiring process that should have been clear before signing. Candidates are pressured to sign contracts on the same day as the interview. - Hiring decisions appear to be heavily influenced by appearance, with a noticeable bias in team composition. - Company claims to enforce a no-gossip culture, but much of the gossip and drama seems to originate from management itself. This creates a toxic and unprofessional environment. - No clear business direction or strategy, making it difficult to see stability or growth. - A no-dating coworkers policy is communicated, but based on feedback shared by others, there may be inconsistencies in how this is enforced. Where there are instances of coworkers openly flirting with multiple colleagues.
