Corrupt, lousy management. - Operations Confluence Contours Employee Review

Management are a bunch of moral malformations trying to drag everyone else into their pit. Trying to play like they are flawless, never taking responsibility. They screw people over just for a sake of obedience. A lof of of lies, faking, manipulations, misinformation, subtle threats, nepotism and corruption. Employees live and work in fear and are stripped of any opinions or will power. Soft-skill trainer needs training herself, some of technical guys are decent, but locked in the system, so they just shut up. Everything is ruled by inner clan and there is no chance for anyone being real.
