Pros
Great pay, the best health benefits you'll ever have, and teammates you wouldn't trade for the world. Confluent only hires the best of the best. Amazing resume builder and brand to have on your resume. I have learned so much during my time here.
Cons
Constant pressure by management. You can feel how much stress they are under at any given time. It is very much felt across the board. Even when you are doing well (because you're picking up slack), NEVER any communication on what is going on, despite monthly all hands meetings.
