In the last 1.5 years, the company becoming very hard - politics, all of Oracle management are going there, no strategy, hiring people without any reason (for small markets) just because they got a mission to engage. Product very problematic in the market, mainly because we are competing with the Free OS that we are also maintaining. R&D commitments are only on paper, you cant manage anything based on that and not commit on any roadmap to the customers. Really - run away from going to Confluent, this company is not in a good road for the future
