Pros
* The work and projects are extremely interesting. It's an up and coming space that can make a huge impact. * Great managers * Comp is very good * I really like the size of the company...has that high growth startup feeling but the head count and resources of a larger company * Jay and the leadership team are very accessible and have done an excellent job growing the company. In all hands, I feel like they are much more honest and matter of fact than some other CEO's I have worked under in the past.
