the wrong people get promoted, even after so many concerns about them have been raised. it seem like the CPO and her leadership team is interested only in promoting and rewarding the wrong type of behavior, completely against values and culture of the company. anybody that raises concerns or different point of view gets punished and blacklisted. but if you side with leadership team, no matter how wrong the issue is, you can expect get rewarded for it. hence why only bad apples are kept close. toxic place this has become.
