Pros
I enjoyed working at CRS Religious School pre-pandemic when they had an in-person Hebrew program pre B'nei Mitzvah. Staff was generally friendly and accommodating. They also had regular programming for teacher development and community building. Very organized.

I can't think of any major cons.
