Anyone above the site level is ungrateful, and self serving. They only care about what they need. They do not care about their employees. I’m not sure what goes on in Corporate, they seem to be making positions all the time to accommodate their needs unlike the sites where all are grossly understaffed. They expect you to give your blood sweat and tears.. and you do, until you realize you were over extending your self for a company who could care less about you as an employee or a human being. The pay is below average, but they get you in with the promise that there is room for growth, which there is not. They play favorites with bonuses, and raises.. our thanks for being essential employees and busting my butt trying to fix the previous managements mistakes was 30 cents, while someone who has been here less time than me and holds a different position got more than me. When were told not to tell corporate about the major issues we’re having on the site level I wonder at times if corporate knows what is actually going on…if they do, shame on them. Conifer, if your listening, maybe you should start to wonder why you have such a high turn over rate
