9yThis prospective candidate failed to show up to one of their interviews (which we were willing to accept as an oversight on their part). Following this they decided to push back their agreed start date, and then having agreed a new start date failed to show up on their first day of work without explanation. Unfortunately it became clear they weren't the right fit.
