Overworked and underpaid by leadership(a loose term since most of them had limited people skills unless they were in a pub), who only cared about their promised package post MBO(earnout)! Political positioning was carving teams up and doubling their workload with no reward. People promoted with additional workload and without adequate remunaration, management hiring incompetent individuals on higher incomes, work had to be completed by other employees due to the incompetence of new joiners. Prior to MBO reward was based on length of service rather than performance, but training at least wasn't limited to only accreditations that required minimum adherence for reseller accreditation. Post MBO training was solely provided to achieve minimum requirements as a reseller! A workforce ruled by fear being thrown under the bus by management!
