So much bullying and harassment and lack of support. So I worked very hard, was praised for my work and did an excellent job but started being treated with contempt by a new manager who was insecure and competitive, and deeply incompetent as well as dishonest and unsafe. If I spoke back to her constant scapegoating at team meetings, I was shut down and dismissed. I tried to provide feedback on how she was making me feel, to be treated dismissively. After another interaction with a very rude and aggressive contractor who was totally out of line, I was turned on and had a door slammed in my face and turned away. Despicable.
