Pros

The work itself is rewarding

Cons

The company is a mess, no regards for employees mental or physical health. Expects you to go over almost all of your shifts due to traveling 3+ hours one way, do a recovery and travel another 3 hours back to the office. Don’t get paid to be on call so if you don’t get any cases (which happens a lot) you don’t get paid and they don’t care. Impossible to have another job bc of the unexpected hours and cases that tend to go over often. Management is unsupportive and mean, very toxic workplace.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand this work may not be for everyone and we make every effort to clearly communicate the expectations of the schedule and travel during the hiring process. We’re sorry you did not have a positive experience at ConnectLife. We are appreciative of the hard work our dedicated recovery team does every day, including the flexibility needed to facilitate lifesaving donation. The Employee Assistance Program is available 24/7 to all employees for free and confidential services.

Pros

Money can be good when things are busy

Cons

Management is awful, somehow managing to micromanage and yet not manage at the same time. Things change constantly and there's a lot of avoiding questions, unclear directions, poor training, and lack of communication
