      Pros

      Employees at the lower level work together as a team. Company is dedicated to helping small businesses with their payroll needs.

      Cons

      Executive team couldn't be more misaligned. They don't seem to have a clear path to move the company forward. Employees below the executive level are underpaid and overworked. No training or career growth opportunities. Department managers don't receive training on how to be an effective manager.

      Team members are treated fairly. Hard work is recognized. Core Values are very important. Benefits are great!

      Growth brings challenges and sometimes days feel chaotic.

      The organization has a solid business premise and for the most part is staffed by good people.

      There appears to be limited cohesion among senior leadership, and concerns or complaints raised are rarely acted upon.
