Wow where does one even begin… Connecteam is one big joke and every aspect of how it is managed is simply amateur .I wish someone would have warned me before I wasted my precious time and effort into a company who shows 0 appreciation to their employees . Work hard ? Be the best you can be ? Well Don’t expect to be compensated for it. They pay the minimum they can and employ inexperienced people and simply take advantage of them . They make you think that you are one of the chosen ones and that you should be so grateful to work in this oh so amazing company . Grateful for being forced to work 15 hours a day? For being forced to work on high holidays ? For being treated like a solider in the military ? Please …. Do yourself a favor and do not fall into this “young fun family startup trap”. It is literally a cult. Management is pathetic , they are so egocentric and HR can be compared to a high school group of girls who like to gossip. Have an opinion or criticism ? These are in fact not welcome and will actually get you fired. The key to surviving is to keep your head down and shut up. There is no work life balance at all - forget your friends and family because you will feel forced to be best friends with your colleagues so you fit into the “culture”. They do not invest any money in employee development or management training . Managers are inexperienced - and it shows because the management is absolute mayhem . This company is nepotism at its finest. So many fake promises , lies , and are cheap cheap cheap in every possible way !!! They even make you pay for mandatory department night outs !!!! So many employees are looking for new jobs because this place is just suffocating. Bottom line- if you want to work in a place where you feel valued , earn a good salary , have a work life balance and have honest managers - stay away from Connecteam !!!
