      Pros

      Excellent benefits/healthcare and supportive environment with a diverse group of people. Small teams so your opinion matters & your voice can be heard. There's definitely a priority for employee happiness with constant fun events like themed lunches or activity outings. Very high growth opportunity with an exciting product that shows lots of potential.

      Cons

      As a small company certain departments can be understaffed at times. There's room for improvement in some internal processes to streamline a few day to day activities, which is typical at a start-up.

      Pros

      Very interesting work. Lots of space to try new things. Clear responsibilities. Promising business model and traction. Nice people and a culture that fosters kindness and respect. Extremely competent top management. Minimal politics. As you work with each person you see that they are great at their jobs. That makes for a lot of fun getting stuff done together. The technology is very interesting and unique.

      Cons

      Lots of hours. Some lack of communication. You have to like a fast pace.
