Pros
Doing other people's work and not getting credit for it despite reporting it to management.
Being held accountable for every single thing you do while watching other employees with tenure do the same thing and not be held accountable.
A harem that the CEO keeps closer and gives end of year bonuses to rather than the people that actually do anything at the company.
Sales means more than the Support team. Don't think you're getting anything for being the sole person that lands the sale. Was there a salesperson there? Alright, you get no commission. Oh wait, you don't get that anyway, period.
Cons
All of it is a con. It felt like I was "boy genius" at the beginning. Everyone was eager and willing to pick my brain to complete their own job tasks and further their own agenda. They absolutely treat new people as if they are trying to recruit you into a cult thinking.
