Great leadership, great teams, PMs and Engineers work well together on IT projects, great facilities and virtual collaboration tools.
Cons
Vacation time is generous, but it's use or lose - so you need to plan in advance. Other than that, none worth mentioning, a few minor gripes but you'd find them at any company.
