Pros
Great benefits. Good vacation time, bereavement leave, extra time off for volunteering, flex days and sick time. Tuition reimbursement as well.
Cons
Employees have good ideas to help solve problems but they are not heard. Emails are often ignored, even from managers to their directors and higher. The same problems have been going on for years without resolution.
