Pros
Connection has longevity, 40+ years in the business, and the average tenure is around 8 years I believe. That is a testament to how the company treats its employees and how Connection in turn treats its clients. Very good compensation packages for Sales vs. other large IT resellers.
Cons
Although Connection is a nationwide reseller and top partner level with all major OEM's in teh industry, the presence of the brand is much more substantial on the East coast where Connection was founded and HQ resides vs. West Coast.
