Extremely low pay. 45k a year + 1-5k in commission if you’re doing well. Asked to sell every tech product in existence with very little training on any of it. Best case scenario is you can stick around long enough for other AM’s to get fired/leave and you can take their buying accounts. Only successful reps are the people who have been there 15+ years and I imagine they get their accounts in that same way. It almost seems that’s the business model. Have new people come in for a few months, pick up a couple new accounts, and then hand those off to the vets as they leave.
Also you’ll be working the same 5-6k leads that have been in the system since 2006.
