Cons
they find a lot of ways to shorten your paychecks with detractors. last month, we sold every goal at 125% of the goal but lost 45% of our paychecks due to the balance of metrics. Sometimes we have to choose to help the customer or keep our paychecks due to t-life requirements. it isn't a 100% connectivity source; it is mostly due to the company we represent. therefore, I do not hold them responsible for this.
