I have worked with the company for 6 years, and have had support in my role through thick and thin. The company loves to pull attention to your own personal abilities and make you shine. Unique talents are appreciated! I've gone through several leaders in my path up the company, and each has given me tools and advice to further myself. None of them, mind you, were terminated from the company. Every one of these individuals has received well-deserved accolades and furthered their career paths as well. I've never worked for a company who truly feels like family until now.
