      Pros

      Flexible , fun , rewarding , overall okay/worth it if youre willing to keep pushing on sales and trying not to lack motivation from commission structures changing

      Cons

      Commission structure changes, you lose money most of the time if youre not giving customers the most budget friendly plans/devices. You have to take 5 NO’s before stopping to pitch promos, you cant work over time if youre not selling much , it affects commission payout

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
