      Pros

      Good for those new to sales as a starting point. Does have level up opportunities for those wanting to promote higher up so it's not so unfair as far as who or why someone is promoted or not.

      Cons

      Commission is paid out on store level and not individuals goals. So if your store doesn't hit the targets needed for the month your commission is going to suck even if you're the only one who worked and carried your team for the month.

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
