Pros

Generally, they hire very nice and ambitious people

Cons

The company is obsessed with growing, so much so, that the sales team becomes the only thing anyone cares about, forgetting the meaning, purpose and mission of the role/company. A real shame to see considering when I started it was what sold the company to me. I don't feel that opportunities are consistent and fair across the whole workforce, some very worthy people are left in the same position/pay for too long. A lot of what the company does is for show, e.g. the obviously requested reviews after an honest, and well written, review.

Pros

Some Colleagues that are friendly, caring and thoughtful

Cons

Social mission is a smokescreen for profit generation and revenue at all costs. Priority during the depths of the pandemic wasn’t looking out for employees well-being but was creating an overpriced product to support furloughed workers. Needless to say this product did not sell owing to inflated costs and a tone deaf response to the state of the economy. Senior leaders adept at blaming others for shortcomings which trickles down to mid level leaders that become paralysed by the blame culture that penetrated all layers of the business. Product is sold to companies without full accuracy of its actual abilities. Promises are made that aren’t followed through but are consistently repeated to get the sale over the line. Unsurprisingly, the platform flatters to deceive.

Pros

I genuinely loved my time at Connectr Talent Technology. The culture is one of the best I’ve experienced—supportive, collaborative, and full of people who really care about what they do. The mission of the company is inspiring, and it feels great to be part of something that has a real impact. Working with such a diverse and forward-thinking range of clients made every day interesting and rewarding. There’s a strong sense of purpose across the business, and that really comes through in the work and the people. Overall, an amazing place to grow, contribute, and enjoy the journey.

Cons

This isn’t really a negative, but more of a heads up—Connectr is a place where you need to be proactive and get involved. It’s not an environment where you can sit quietly in the background; contribution and engagement are key. For those who are willing to speak up, share ideas, and take ownership, it’s incredibly rewarding.
