Excellent leadership, open to improvement, committed to employee satisfaction

Very anti-work from home attitude

Pros: Family owned company - Several of the associates that work/worked their are great.

Cons: The company always said they wanted our input but 100% fell on deaf ears. Upper Management is very closed minded and not open to new ideas. Homes were often priced too high and struggled to sell.
