Excellent place to work. A lot of opportunity for growth.

None that I can mention. A little bit of diversification of the technology stack will be good.

Great location in southern California. Great staff that are honest and want to succeed.

Management is extremely inexperienced and unprofessional. This is an off shore company type mentality so they treat their employees like indentured servants. There are a lot of promises that go unfulfilled. There is no real business plan or value proposition to their clients. They do not trust their employees which is an innate belief that will not change regardless of what you do for the company or client. Their benefits keep getting reduced as the months go on.
