Pros
I learned a lot working at Connexion Point. I had great opportunities to advance and grow in my different roles. Initially they cared about their employees.
Cons
Current leadership does not know their company and are pushing many key people to leave the company due to bad business decisions. Although they have always paid low, they went from low pay, but showing in other ways that they care about their employees, to now they don't seem to value the work or knowledge of their employees.
