      They allow sick leaves to all employees.

      Cons

      Raj, the CEO, is an idiot who has nothing to offer his staff other than excuses. He will make excuses when he can't pay your salary on time. It was a huge problem for me as I have a mortgage, and delayed payments lead to issues. I had to quit.

      I have been associated with Connexions since 5 years and these have been the best years of my career. I have grown a lot here personally as well as professionally. The projects you get to work on are exceptional. Your skill set increases dramatically here. Everyone is ready to help you out which makes it a very happy place to work.
