      Pros

      Healthy environment, work from home set up is provided. High night differential %. Respectful client, I like the working schedule, management gives consideration when there are power outages.

      Cons

      based on experience it is little to no professional growth. Low salary offer compared to other BPO. Does not reassess the workload if they're giving fair salary to each employee in a certain account. Some has more workloads than the others, but they receive the same pay.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for Connext - the work is fun, dynamic, and we have a great leadership team that is invested in employee retention and satisfaction.

      Cons

      It is a high growth business so eventually we will need to perfect some processes in order to sustain that growth. I am confident that our team will do this.
