Pros
The hiring process was relatively quick. To be honest, that should have been my first sign that things would be suspect.
Cons
Where do I begin? First of all, whatever is discussed with the recruiter, make sure to get it in writing, and send it out in triplicate. Send a copy to your trainers. Send a copy to your TL. And definitely send one to the Account Manager. Trust me. They WILL play games when it comes to your money. They WILL play games when it comes to your schedule. Also, be prepared to get screamed at all day. The specific age group of the members, most falling in the baby boomer bracket, or older; that crowd is a tough one. If you don't have a boomer in your life, pass on anything that has to do with Medicare. Also, the disorganization of it all! No one has a clue. And let us not forget to discuss the so-called benefits. The benefits are a joke. None of MY doctors are likely to accept any of that mess.
