Pros

Interview process was easy, HR contacted and set up the interview within a week.

Cons

⸻ AL less than 14 days, no increment after every year. No birthday leave, no snacks, No dental benefits, no tissue paper. medical claim capped at 80% of SGD30. SM spent most of the time playing games – you can catch in it in actionplaying games if you are smart enough. Leaves the office after 7pm only when big boss is here. ( typically leaves no later than 6:10pm) Can’t make decision- unable to guide staff and instructs to ask third parties instead Pushes the tasks- big boss instructs her to do tasks, oh it’s all your tasks now! (even yearly sales) AL/PM leave- it would be rejected if it happened to coincide with a colleague’s absence in a DIFFERENT department. Timing- lunch time is strictly an hour. Out at 12pm sharp and be back by 1pm sharp. Unfair benefits between branches. HK have birthday leave and close half day during CNY etc. Nothing for SG. It’s really obvious when one is doing work. So no matter how good your acting skills are, everyone in the office has eyes to see and observe. Don’t treat your staff like fools when in fact we know what’s happening.

Pros

Great opportunity to work in the professional corporate services sector. The team is supportive, and you get hands-on experience managing diverse digital campaigns across multiple regional markets. It's a very stable environment.

Cons

The workload can get quite heavy during peak seasons or when adapting to new industry regulations. Also, some internal reporting processes can feel a bit traditional and time-consuming.
