Pros

I've been a part of the Conquest team for about five years now, and I continue to wake up loving my job and feeling valued. Everyone is so friendly, a joy to work with, and takes time to answer any questions you may have. The management team, in particular, is not only incredibly supportive and there whenever you need it, but they also care about your goals, not just the company's. In addition, I love that there is always something new and that just about every day, I learn something and continue to grow my skill set, which for me is a huge pro. Another thing about Conquest is that they are very transparent. For example, they take the time to inform us whenever there are changes or new things within the company, ensuring everyone, no matter the department, is on the same page. Overall, I love being a part of the Conquest family and look forward to what the future holds within the company.

Cons

I can honestly say I don't have anything negative to say.

Pros

-Great work environment -Very Open-door -Understanding of work-life balance To sum it up, out of the different jobs I have worked at for multiple other companies, Conquest by far sets the bar very high as far as not only co-workers, but also with morale and managers.

Cons

As far as the Customer Service and Customer Care departments go (as they are the only two I was part of), personally I never saw any major cons that would make me feel like I needed to leave and go elsewhere.

Pros

The only pro for me was working under CS manager Kim Wyatt.

Cons

Poor health benefits options Extreme micromanaging Lack of interdepartmental communication Policies and procedures that make it very difficult to work successfully and with any autonomy Witnessed many valuable employees laid off without concrete reasoning and without severance Heavy workload with very low hourly wages Overall this job is good for younger people without a family but does has a reputation for being a ‘stepping stone job’
