Pros

nice retereats paid by oil&gas and big corporates

Cons

Conversation International is the istitution that helps big corporations and oil&gas to greenwash. they ditched their DEI policies to appease the king. zero impact on the ground. mainly endless yapping to justify their overhead to donors. nature finance has become a toxic workplace where everyone is in survival mode due to funding cuts and small cliques are protecting their people. new leadership and incoming senior staff have elevated cut throat mentality to next level. unstable massive layoffs
