Pros
There is nothing good to say
Cons
This is the worst company to work in. You may not know in the beginning, but after some time you will realise that this is one of the most toxic places to be. 1) There are cameras everywhere, the managers sit there and watch every little detail, every movement and every conversation of the employees. If they feel it is wrong, there will be consequences. 2) Phones are not allowed inside. They say it is for security purpose of the projects and files, but the truth is they want the employees to be like a robot and work every minute. 3) Friendship or conversations between male & female employees are not encouraged and that is seen in a wrong POV. They have a very narrow mindset 4) Management is the worst, they have a set of relatives and friends working there as spies. Their job is not related to the projects. It is rather about giving all the information about the employees to the management. All the recognition, hikes, promotions are given to these people only. 5) They donot have license for any of the softwares used. They donot have any proper set of standards to work in. Everything they do is half baked jobs. 6) They will praise and encourage you when they need some work from you. But when employees need anything, they will never support. 7) Salary & Benefits are very poor. Around 20 - 30% is held up in the form of incentives, health check up, etc which you will never receive. 8) They will make you work day and night. There maybe times when you need to stay late nights or early mornings every day. But there is very little benefit from this. They will just use you. 9) There is a bond for everyone, it is very difficult to break it and leave. Even if you do, you have to fight or escape suddenly. Only around 30% employees have left in a proper way. Most of the employees donot cross the 1 or 2 years of working there. 10) They have an academy for young engineers which is solely for business. They ask fees around 50K to 1L, but they won't even give proper classes. They donot even have seperate trainers and just tell the employees to teach them.
