Schedule flexibility, salary and compensation, leadership team, fringe benefits. The work/life balance I have as a new mother is invaluable. At the same time, I feel valued as an employee and as an individual. Having worked in sales throughout my career, and understanding how hard work pays off in the form of commission, I can say that ConsignMed is EXTREMELY fair in the way they structure compensation for employees, especially for the recruiter. Aside from that, it feels so good to be working for such awesome people who are genuine and have such big hearts. Our leadership team's great level of integrity is displayed in both their work and personal lives. They treat us like family, and share their successes with us in the form of company outings and bonuses. I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of ConsignMed's journey and look forward to the years to come!
