      Pros

      I enjoy the people I work with. We have the best contract in the industry, I enjoy the breaks between runs so I can work out. I am guaranteed a 40 hour week and I only work Monday thru Friday which allows me to enjoy my wife and kids on the weekend.

      Cons

      Sometimes we have field trips in between the am and pm runs although I don't mind because I enjoy the kids and they are not everyday

      The company provides stable employment and structure work environment. Coworkers are generally respectful and day-to-day operations are organized.
