CCM has been a great company to work for. It’s a breath of fresh air to be with a company that treats me with respect and shows my appreciation for the work I do. I can be a shy person and being new to the intermodal industry I had plenty of questions. The folks here –management included- were friendly, welcoming and eager to help bring me up to speed; something I have yet to experience elsewhere. CCM sets me up to succeed and gives the opportunity to advance in my career. You are given the resources you need to complete the task at hand and supported by the company when it comes to learning opportunities. The benefits are one of the best I’ve seen amongst my family and friends and I feel lucky to have obtained work with a company that is forward thinking and concerned about their employees obtaining a healthy work-life balance.

If you are new to the intermodal industry you might not know what a chassis pool is. It can seem intimidating and a bit overwhelming at first to learn everything and get acclimated with the terminology but the team at CCM is very supportive.
