The folks here –management included- were friendly, welcoming and eager to help bring me up to speed; something I have yet to experience elsewhere. If you are new to the intermodal industry you might not know what a chassis pool is. It can seem intimidating and a bit overwhelming at first to learn everything and get acclimated with the terminology but the team at CCM is very supportive.
